The new 2023 three-row Land Rover Defender 130 unveiled earlier this week brings added versatility and practicality to one of the most desirable new luxury SUVs to arrive on the market in recent years. The new Land Rover Defender 130 joins the current 110 and 90 Defender models with five seats and two doors respectively.
Three rows of spacious seating in the 2023 Land Rover Defender
The 2023 Land Rover Defender 130 measures 5.36 metres long and has a wheelbase of 3.02 metres, more than enough space to add a third row to the Defender. With over 34 centimeters of extra space inside the Defender 130, both third- and second-row passengers will be comfortable. Moreover, the Defender 130 has more than enough cargo capacity for the needs of most owners with 389 litres behind the third row. If you lower both rear rows, the new 2023 Defender 130 offers 2,291 litres of cargo capacity. The Defender 110 has 1,875 litres of cargo space.
Standard features in the new 2023 Defender 130 include a panoramic sunroof with a third-row glass roof to create a bright, open feeling in the cabin. Moreover, an adaptive suspension system can lower the height of the new Defender to make it easier to load objects in the cargo area.
The new three-row Defender 130 will get exclusive colour options as well. The interior design is essentially identical to other Land Rover models and features an 11.4-inch centre display with the PIVI Pro infotainment system built-in.
Powering the 2023 Land Rover Defender 130 is a 3.0-litre inline-six engine with 48V mild-hybrid tech. This engine delivers 395 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque, powering the Defender to 100 km/h in just 6.6 seconds.
Like other Defender models, the 2023 Land Rover Defender 130 features advanced intelligent AWD, the advanced Terrain Response system with an 8-speed automatic gearbox from ZF. The maximum towing capacity of the 2023 Land Rover Defender 130 is rated at 8,200 pounds. Give us a call today to learn more!
